The NJP series fully automatic Pill capsule filling machine is suitable for powder and particle filling of capsules from 000 # to 5 #. Auxiliary equipment such as automatic capsule feeding machine, vacuum powder feeding machine, metal inspection machine, capsule polishing machine, and lifting machine can be selected according to different usage scenarios.
After arranging and orienting the empty capsules in the pipeline, the cap body is separated by a vacuum suction seat, and the filling method is used to complete the material filling and remove waste capsules. Then, the capsules are closed and discharged. The filling measurement method is accurate in filling, and the filling amount can be fine tuned by adjusting the punch rod.
