TDP 5 tablet press is a mini desk-top tableting machine, driven by motor and can continually punch various tablets.

The machine can press fine grain and coarse powder into circular tablets or irregular shape tablets; and it can be used for laboratory production or small batch production of tablets, sugarcoated tablets, calcium tablets, irregular shapes, etc..

The machine is applicable to press large grain solid, wet or extremely fine powder.

The machine is simple in structure, convenient for operation and in high automatic degree, applicable to punch tablets of different shapes.

TDP 5 tablet press working need raw material:

Dry powder - The raw material must be dry powder and the moisture content needs to be controlled within 5%.

Liquidity - The raw materials need to have good fluidity (the ideal particle size for tablet pressing raw materials is between 20-60 days, with a small amount of fine powder mixed). If the fluidity of the raw materials is not good, it can be solved through particles. Please refer to the "Granulation Secret Scripts" for details

Adhesion - Adhesion refers to the ability of a powder to agglomerate or stick together through external forces. If the raw materials do not have viscosity, it may be necessary to add adhesives to improve them (such as maltodextrin, sugar, starch microcrystalline cellulose, etc.)

No excessive oil content - If your pressing material contains a large amount of oil, it will be difficult to form, so the material should not contain too much oil.
