TDP tablet press is a small electric continuous tablet press machine (also can be manually operated). The device had good performance, light operation and convenient movement, and is suitable for experimental trial.

Different types of raw material powder can be pressed

TDP 5 tablet press working raw material:

Dry powder - The raw material must be dry powder and the moisture content needs to be controlled within 5%.

Liquidity - The raw materials need to have good fluidity (the ideal particle size for tablet pressing raw materials is between 20-60 days, with a small amount of fine powder mixed). If the fluidity of the raw materials is not good, it can be solved through particles. Please refer to the "Granulation Secret Scripts" for details

Adhesion - Adhesion refers to the ability of a powder to agglomerate or stick together through external forces. If the raw materials do not have viscosity, it may be necessary to add adhesives to improve them (such as maltodextrin, sugar, starch microcrystalline cellulose, etc.)

No excessive oil content - If your pressing material contains a large amount of oil, it will be difficult to form, so the material should not contain too much oil.
