Working principle: The drop type soft capsule machine in the HSR series adopts a unique double-layer nozzle technology. The glue and medicine are respectively passed through precision designed nozzle channels. At the nozzle outlet, the adhesive liquid forms a circular capsule shape due to the surface tension and pressure difference, and at the same time, the liquid medicine is accurately injected into the interior of the capsule. Subsequently, the soft capsule falls into the coolant under the action of gravity and rapidly solidifies into shape. This method can precisely control the size and shape of soft capsules, especially suitable for the production of soft capsules with liquid or semi-solid contents.
