Bottle sorting machine: Sort the messy bottles into bottles with their mouths facing up and arranged neatly, and transport them in an orderly manner to the next process. It can adapt to bottles of different shapes and sizes.

• Counting machine: By using principles such as vibration feeding and photoelectric counting, it accurately counts products and puts a specified quantity of products into bottles. Some counting machines also have powder removal devices.

Filling machine: Inject liquid, paste or powder materials into bottles according to the set dosage to ensure the accuracy of filling volume.

• Capping machine or capping machine: Accurately cap the bottle cap onto the bottle and tighten or seal it to ensure the sealing of the bottle.

Labeling machine: Attach product labels to the surface of bottles, including product name, specifications, production date, and other information.
